Welcome to my Website! I am Jillina Barrera, a certified Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and Health Educator.  Upon thorough assessment, a customized session will implement proper manual therapy to promote restoration and functionality back into muscles. We will address not only pain, but also dysfunction, compensation and the innervating muscular regions to help discover the root of the problem and find a solution.
